What began with a passion for food and years of hands-on experience has grown into a catering company dedicated to creating beautiful, flavorful, and memorable experiences. From intimate celebrations to weddings and corporate events, we approach every menu with intention, creativity, and a genuine love for what we do.

MEET THE CHEF
I’m Dario, the main chef at Terra and Spice. I’m not formally trained as a chef, but I’ve spent years working in the food industry, learning through experience, curiosity, and a deep passion for creating food that people enjoy and remember.
My cooking is a reflection of who I am and where I come from. I was raised around a beautiful mix of Hispanic, and Asian cultures, each bringing its own traditions, ingredients, aromas, and ways of sharing food. Those influences have shaped the way I think about cooking and continue to inspire me every day.
My approach to cuisine is all about creating a beautiful mixture of flavors. I enjoy bringing together ingredients and techniques from different cultures, finding the balance between bold and subtle, familiar and unexpected. I’m not interested in being limited by one style of cooking. Instead, I believe food should be creative, evolving, and personal.
At Terra and Spice, every dish is an opportunity to tell a story. My goal is to create food that feels approachable and comforting while still offering something new—dishes that bring together the flavors and traditions that have influenced my life.
For me, cooking isn’t simply about preparing a meal. It’s about culture, creativity, connection, and the memories we create around the table. Terra and Spice is my way of sharing that passion with our guests, one dish at a time.
